What is your favorite memory or experience at SSU?

My favorite experience at SSU was cooking dinner for my friends and playing board games. The moments we take care of each other are my most precious memories here.

What has been the most challenging part of your college experience and what did you learn from it?

The most challenging part of my college experience is managing my mental state. Sometimes it's pretty noisy in my head.

What brought you to SSU, and what motivates you to stay?

I originally came to SSU because I needed housing. In my time here, I've cultivated an appreciation for the natural features of our campus, as well as found connection to people I've met here. I have gradually discovered my love and respect for this institution, for the people, and for the things that this school makes possible.

Who at SSU has influenced you and/or made an impact on your journey here?

The people that have especially had an impact on me include Gillian Parker, Brantley Bryant, Sakina Bryant, Saul Razo, Donald DuVall, and Carly Scott. There are really too many people to name. I am grateful for them all.
