Nominations

Nominations are now open for the 2025-2026 Faces of SSU. Do you know a student whose story embodies what it means to be a Seawolf? Or perhaps you're that student? Now is the time to share those stories.

Faces of SSU is an annual campaign highlighting the unique experiences and contributions of members of our Seawolf family. This year, we are excited to focus this call for nominations exclusively on our current students, providing an opportunity for them to share their leadership, community impact, and personal stories through writing, photos, and a digital campaign.

Please note, while this specific nomination period is for students, we remain fully committed to recognizing our incredible alumni, staff, and faculty as part of the larger Faces of SSU program. New this year, we will be expanding the recognition process to allow for separate, dedicated opportunities to honor their stories. Additional information and details about how to nominate alumni and employees will be shared soon.

The vision of the campaign: beyond the surface, we are more than what you see. Each of us, while we have taken different paths to get here and have experienced in various ways, are all Seawolves now. That is what brings us together. We are more than just faces in a crowd. We have a story, we have had positive and challenging experiences and WE ARE PROUD SEAWOLVES!

We are committed to representing and highlighting a variety of experiences, cultures and identities, departments, and academic disciplines. Please help us discover and highlight these new faces
