What is your favorite memory or experience working with students at SSU?

My favorite experience working with students at SSU is seeing their faces full of joy and pride when they finish their educational careers. That moment refuels me and motivates me to keep doing what I do.

What made you choose SSU?

I chose SSU because I was given a chance to show my skills and abilities to connect with students, staff, and faculty. Additionally, for the opportunity to be part of a great community that allows me to be a role model.

What has been the most challenging part of your experience and what did you learn from it?

The most challenging part about working at SSU has been the barriers put in place to be able to fully support students and us as staff. Through the years I've learned that it takes patience and commitment to keep doing the work I do.

Please share anything else about your experience at SSU?

Overall, my experience at SSU as a staff member has been rewarding. Having the opportunity to work with staff, faculty, but most importantly students, is what motivates me to do my work with passion and love.
