What is your favorite memory or experience at SSU?

My favorite memory is sitting on the stage after my first Vagina Monologues performance. Weeks prior, these were just peers, now they were my family.

What made you choose SSU?

I picked Sonoma State because of the trees. No matter where you are on campus you can find a tree, take a breath, and feel at home. It was a feeling I only had at Sonoma.

What has been the most challenging part of your college experience and what did you learn from it?

The most challenging part was transitioning to virtual learning and missing my community. The only way around was through and my friendships are stronger because of it.

What have you been involved with at SSU?

Peer Mentor, Writer for the Revival Zine, President of the Vagina Monologues, Tour Guide, Village Council Member
