What is your favorite memory or experience at SSU?

Being at SSU has been my favorite memory in helping me establish my identity, find my niche, and finding my friends and peers that have influenced me.

What made you choose SSU?

Sonoma State is a small campus. What better place to create change and impact others than in a small campus where you can grow genuine connections?

What has been the most challenging part of your college experience and what did you learn form it?

Being a first generation college student in a majority white institution is a challenge. This brought growth and change to impact myself and others.

What have you been involved with at SSU?

The REVIVAL Zine, Associated Students, PUERTA (Preparing Underrepresented Educators to Realize their Teaching Ambitions), California Promise Program, Mini-Corps, Senate Diversity Subcommittee, Academic Advising Committee, FAST Peer Mentor, Teacher's Assistant (EDEC 201)
